I hereby confirm that I am aware of Alpha Leasing’s “Notification on the Processing of Personal Data”, which is accessible through the Company’s site, regarding:

1. The purposes of the processing,
2. The categories of personal data concerned,
3. The sources from which such data is collected,
4. The recipients and the conditions to be met in order to transfer personal data to non-EU countries (third countries),
5.  The retention period of personal data,
6. My rights of access, the right to rectification, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to erasure (to be forgotten), the right to data portability and how to exercise them and
7. The right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, in case of infringement.
