Corporate Governance
Corporate Governance is a system of principles and practices underlying the organisation, operation, and administration of a company (SA), aiming to safeguard and satisfy the lawful interests of all those associated with the company.
The Board of Directors (Meeting of 20.9.2023) approved the revised Company's Corporate Governance Code, in accordance with the Corporate Governance principles applied by Alpha Bank Group. The Code defines the framework and guidelines for the governance of the Company, including the powers and operation of the Board of Directors and Committees thereof. The Code is reviewed on a regular basis by the Board of Directors.
