By virtue of Law 4887/4.2.2022, the existing financial leasing framework was amended. In particular, it is no longer required that the rent is intended only for professional use, but the institution is extended and is now also addressed to private individuals.
In addition, the prohibition of Sale & Lease Back property by a freelancer is removed.
