Corporate Transformation
With the primary objective of enhancing the financial structure and expanding the presence and operations of the Alpha Bank Group in the leasing sector, the demerger process of Alpha Leasing is currently underway. This involves absorption, among others, by “Alpha Market Research Single-Member Société Anonyme” and the establishment of new companies.
