What we will do next ?

After submitting your issue, Alpha Leasing’s Responsible officer for the management of customer complaints will immediately start the review process, which consists of the following steps :

  1. Receipt of case / Informing the Customer,
  2. Investigation of the issue,
  3. Resolution of the issue,
  4. Final response / Replying to the Customer

Alpha Leasing’s Responsible officer for the management of customer complaints will keep you updated on the process of your case, using the contact details you have provided the Bank:

  • By phone,
  • By letter (email or regular mail)

Our goal is to revert to you with a reply to your issue, in a simple and comprehensible manner, within 2 weeks from the day you submitted the case to the Responsible officer for the management of customer complaints and in any case within the 45-calendar day period provided for by the current regulatory framework. If extra time is required, due to potential complexity encountered during our investigation, we will inform you immediately.
