The Leasing of commercial property is open to all self-employed professionals and businesses of every nature, size and legal form, who wish to acquire property for exercising their professional activity.

It concerns 10-year contracts, at least, for commercial property (offices, warehouses, stores, industrial and manufacturing plants, medical practices, hotels, shopping and exhibitions centres, parking buildings) and only in full legal and urban planning order, for an agreed lease amount.The commercial property can consist of self-contained property, as well as horizontal or vertical properties.

CAUTION:

  • The acquisition of land / land plots is not financed
  • Residences are not financed
Property conveyance and transfer costs are charged, as is the case for all sale / purchases.
Upon expiry or prepayment (after the third year), the property is transferred to the lessee without further taxes.

Procedure:

  • Search for property and negotiation of purchase price
  • Submission of application in accordance with the Application Submission Procedure
  • Property valuation
  • Assessment of application
  • Signing of purchase and Leasing Contract
  • Conveyance at the Land Registry or Cadastre Office
  • Seller is settled in cash
